How I work

AI doesn’t design for me. It cuts the busywork so my time goes into decisions,
and devs get something that’s already close to real code.

  1. 01 / 04

    Discovery

I talk to stakeholders, PMs and devs, and dig into the market, data and business rules. Before any pixels, I make sure we know exactly what we’re solving.

  2. 02 / 04

    Design

User journeys first, then I test the design in quick iterations with real components and real data, every state included. You get options and trade-offs, not one “final” screen.

  3. 03 / 04

    Validate

I walk stakeholders and devs through clickable or coded prototypes, run A/B tests where they matter, and agree on success metrics before launch.

  4. 04 / 04

    Ship

Specs that cover the edge cases, UX QA on staging, and more iterations once real users start using the product.

Complicated domains. Clear products.

Four products where the hardest part was the logic, not the screens.

What I’m looking for

  • Senior Product Designer + Design Engineer — design the product and help build it, Figma and code in one pair of hands.
  • A product team, not a pixel factory — where design shapes what gets built, not just how it looks.
  • Remote, full-time — full overlap with Europe, 3–4 hours with the US East Coast.
